Efstathios is a litigator with a practice focus on debt recovery, enforcement and asset tracing. He is experienced in advising finance and credit institutions on bad debt restructuring and rehabilitation, as well as negotiating settlement arrangements and workout plans. Efstathios represents clients in litigation arising from loan foreclosures and applications for asset freezing, enforcement against unsecured property, and repossessions. He also represents both debtors and creditors in litigation arising from bankruptcies and insolvencies.
Efstathios has been in private practice since 2009. During this time he has acted as advisor to Piraeus Bank and Commercial Bank of Greece and is legal counsel to Citibank International plc and Diners Club Greece.
