Irini Silevista


Irini advises on commercial contracts, with a focus on the sale, purchase, transfer and development real estate, and acts on behalf of lending institutions in the registration of security for asset backed loans and foreclosure proceedings or enforcement measures taken pursuant to defaults. She advises private clients on inheritance issues, including the devolution of assets within families and post death planning, with a focus on the transfer of immoveable assets. Irini also undertakes disputes arising from inheritance issues.

Irini has been in private practice since 2003. She has undertaken several advisory roles including as a member of the Tax and Administrative and Litigation Departments of Alpha Bank, counsel to the Underwriting and Mortgage Based Lending Departments of Alpha Bank and counsel to the Ministry of Defence’s Service for the Management of the Real Estate Assets and Mortgages of the Officers of the Hellenic Army. Since 2008, Irini has acted as Legal Counsel to Anagnostou Real Estate Management and Construction Company.
