Nicoleta’s practice is focused on commercial law and real estate. She advises on compliance with the regulatory framework in the real estate sector and the procedures for obtaining all types of permits and clearances to construct and develop retail, industrial, commercial and private property. Nicoleta also has experience in drafting commercial agreements and conducting due diligence reviews in the context of real estate and intellectual property transactions. She undertakes the registration and licensing of copyrights, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property assets.
Nicoleta has been in private practice since 2013, during which time she worked as an intern at the Legal Council of the State in the Civil Servants’ Pension Fund department. She has been an accredited Mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CeDR) since 2013, specialising in commercial mediation, and actively participates in continuing professional development seminars.
