Nikos is a highly experienced litigator with a specialization in distressed debt arising from credit and loan defaults. He represents clients disputes arising from business loans, negotiating settlements or appearing before the Courts, including the Supreme Court of Greece. Nikos also has extensive experience in all types of enforcement and insolvency proceedings. Nikos has been elected as Assistant Professor at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Law School since 2014, where he has also been a Lecturer since 2009, in the field of Civil Procedural Law.
Nikos has worked in private practice since 1990. He was a member of the Legal Division of Alpha Bank (1996 - 2000), Millennium Bank (2000 – 2002) and Eurobank Ergasias (2003 – 2016). He has been awarded scholarships by the Greek Foundation for Scholarships and the German Humboldt Foundation for his postdoctoral research. Nikos has authored numerous legal publications and articles in Greek, English and German.
