Panagiotis Poulios


Panagiotis represents clients in litigation before the civil and administrative courts, with a focus on disputes arising from commercial agreements and business ventures and public law. He undertakes due diligence reviews and has experience in advising on, drafting and negotiating a large range of commercial and financial contracts and advising on loan and collateral agreements, asset-based lending and financing and leasing.

Panagiotis has been in private practice since 2005 after finalizing a traineeship with the legal department of Alpha Bank. He is legal advisor to the National Bank of Greece and the Municipality of Papagou-Holargos, in which capacity he advises the mayor and the city hall board. He is also an Alumni Admissions Program Interviewer for Georgetown University Law Centre, a post he has held since 2006.
