Spiros represents clients in fraud and white collar crime cases and disputes arising from inheritance issues. He advises private clients on wealth planning and familial disputes, including divorce and child custody. Spiros advises on the application of the law governing over indebted businesses and households and the establishment, governance, change and closure of private and limited liability companies and partnerships. He has experience in representing clients in litigation and the resolution of disputes arising from public procurement tenders and commercial agreements.
Spiros has been in private practice since 2005. He has advised a number of organisations in relation to their establishment and governance, including the Association of Educational Personnel of the Theological School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Pan-Hellenic Federation of Associations of Education and Research Personnel of Higher Education Establishments.
