Our Administrative & Public Law Practice provides expert advice to both the public and private sector on all contentious and non-contentious matters arising from State awarded contracts, PPPs and other mixed use entity projects, and public sector law. We assist our private sector clients with the challenges posed by the particularities of entering into commercial agreements with the State and compliance with the proliferation of requirements for regulated industries.

We are specialised in advising companies from a broad range of sectors on all aspects of their participation in public procurement tenders and successful bidders in their entry into administrative contracts. We have extensive experience of acting for both tendering authorities and bidders in tender procedures, including relating to the development of government real estate assets, hospital supplies, infrastructure, construction, energy, utilities, defence and technology. Where disputes arise from the award of tenders or during the course of the public contract, we represent our clients before tribunals, review boards and the courts in Greece and Europe.

We have experience in advising on the complex network of National and EU regulations and compliance requirements, and the procedures for obtaining permits and authorisations in the energy, media and telecoms, pharmaceuticals, transport, food & beverages, industrial and construction sectors. We also advise on the requirements to make custom and trade notifications and represent clients in judicial proceedings and government investigations arising from disputes on permits and regulatory compliance.
