We structure, draft and negotiate all types of employment agreements, both collective and individual, and advise on compliance with the challenging regulatory framework in place governing health and safety at work, remuneration, social security and benefits. We advise on immigration issues and work with correspondent law firms in advising clients on the international aspects of the labour policies and relationships. We also represent clients in disputes arising in this sector.
