Our Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice advises the owners of distressed assets, debtors and creditors in relation to all aspects of corporate and private indebtedness. We provide strategic advice to our clients on safeguarding their interests in special situations and the options available to manage problem situations, debt restructurings and reorganisation. We take a pro-active approach in guiding our clients through the complex issues arising in this area in both an advisory and litigation capacity.

Our expertise lies in handling workout plans and pre-liquidation procedures under Article 99 of the Insolvency Code. We advise on the refinancing and restructuring of financial obligations, loans and the rehabilitation, reorganisation and bankruptcy of troubled enterprises and individuals. We represent clients in litigation proceedings resulting from personal and corporate indebtedness and debt recovery, asset tracing and enforcement.

Our work in this area includes the enforcement of foreign judgments in Greece and we work with a network of experts and correspondent law firms to provide a comprehensive service offering, including international asset tracing, recovery and enforcement.
